In response to my request, your support service provided me with an answer that your company is not able to pay me the digital currency transferred to you. I have provided information to your company's support service that the crediting of this asset is necessary for me to fulfill my obligations to investors and the failure to return these assets will cause the failure of an investment contract worth more than two billion US dollars.
In response to my explanation of the situation and a repeated request to the support service, your representative confirmed to me that he is the official representative of the Crypto.com company, and you cannot make a refund because my transaction is lost in the blockchain network.
Given the fact that you, like millions of other cryptocurrency users, are well aware that a transaction in the blockchain network cannot be lost due to the technical implementation of the blockchain concept itself, I made a logical conclusion that your company is not able to return my funds due to insolvency.
This conclusion is also based on the fact that the basic functions of adding a product do not work in the Merchant Account you created. My contact with your company's support team went unanswered. The product, you posted on the Crypto.com website, is inoperable for four months since my request and no one is taking steps to correct the situation.
In connection with all of the above, I would like to notify you that I am submitting Creditor’s Bankruptcy Application – Bankruptcy (Form PIR-3) to Singapore Courts to initiate involuntary bankruptcy proceedings. With your complete inaction and lack of response to the requests of the company's customers, you are harming millions of people who build their business plans, dreams, and hopes based on the information posted on your site, but receive only complete silence in response to requests.
I am sure that by such actions you have also damaged not only millions of customers but also the reputation of the Blockchain technology itself, on the basis of which digital currencies are built, which are the products offered by your company. No responsible company treats its own customers and its own products in this way.
